These General Terms of Use of the Web Space do not grant Users any other rights of use. Any other use or exploitation of any rights shall be subject to the prior and express authorization specifically granted for such purpose by the company or the third party holder of the affected rights.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding section, the User must also refrain from:

- Attempt to access, use, and/or manipulate the data of the company, third-party providers, and other Users.
- Reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the contents, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or legally permitted.
- Suppress, conceal, or manipulate the notices regarding intellectual or industrial property rights and other identifying data of the rights of the company or third parties incorporated into the content, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the content.
- To obtain and attempt to obtain the contents by using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or have been expressly indicated on the web pages where the contents are located, or, in general, those that are commonly used on the Internet because they do not pose a risk of damage or disabling of the Web Space and/or the contents.

If, in order to access some of the services and/or content of the Web Space, you are provided with a password, you are obligated to use it diligently, keeping it strictly confidential at all times. Consequently, you will be responsible for its proper custody and confidentiality, committing not to share it with third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to said services and/or content by unauthorized individuals. Likewise, you are required to notify the company of any event that could imply improper use of your password, such as, by way of example, theft, loss, or unauthorized access, in order to proceed with its immediate cancellation. 6. RESPONSABILITIES
Continuous access, proper display, download, or usefulness of the elements and information contained on the website is not guaranteed, as they may be impeded, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control. No responsibility is assumed for any decisions made as a result of accessing the content or information provided.
Service may be interrupted, or the relationship with the User may be immediately terminated, if it is detected that use of their Web Space, or any of the services offered therein, is contrary to these General Terms of Use. We are not responsible for damages, losses, claims, or expenses resulting from the use of the Web Space.
It will only be responsible for removing, as soon as possible, the content that may cause such harm, provided that it is notified. In particular, we will not be liable for any damages that may arise, including but not limited to:
- Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages, or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads, and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond the company's control.
- Illegitimate intrusions through the use of malicious programs of any kind and via any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any others.
- Improper or inadequate use of Web Space.
- Security or navigation errors caused by browser malfunction or the use of outdated versions of the browser. The web space administrator reserves the right to remove, either fully or partially, any content or information present on the Web Space.
The company excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the misuse of the freely available services by the Users of Espacio Web. Likewise, it is released from any responsibility for the content and information that may be received as a result of the data collection forms, which are solely intended for providing consultation and inquiry services. On the other hand, if damages and losses are caused by illegal or incorrect use of said services, the User may be held liable for the damages or losses caused.
You shall hold the company harmless from any damages and losses arising from claims, actions, or third-party demands as a result of your access to or use of the Web Space. Likewise, you agree to indemnify against any damages and losses arising from your use of “robots,” “spiders,” “crawlers,” or similar tools used for the purpose of collecting or extracting data, or from any other action on your part that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Web Space.
7. HYPERLINKS
The User agrees not to reproduce in any way, not even through a hyperlink or hypervínculo, the Web Space, as well as any of its contents, unless expressly authorized in writing by the file manager.
The Web Space may include links to other web spaces, managed by third parties, with the aim of facilitating the User's access to information from partner and/or sponsoring companies. In accordance with this, the company does not assume responsibility for the content of those Web spaces, nor does it position itself as a guarantor or offering party of the services and/or information that may be offered to third parties through third-party links.

The company will process these data automatically and apply the corresponding security measures, all in compliance with the GDPR, LOPDGDD, and LSSI. The User can access the policy followed in the processing of personal data, as well as the establishment of the pre-defined purposes, under the conditions outlined in the Privacy Policy.

The company reserves the right to use the "cookie" technology on the Web Space in order to recognize you as a frequent User and personalize your use of the Web Space by preselecting your language, or most desired or specific content.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall not be responsible in any way for the inability to provide service if such inability is due to prolonged power outages, telecommunications line interruptions, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, shall be governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the website Manager.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or invalid in their entirety. In such cases, the company will proceed to modify or replace said provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intention reflected in the original provision.
