What payment methods can I use to place an order?

We offer various payment methods, always securely and protected.

Payment can be made with credit or debit card, Visa, Master Card, or American Express. Alternatively, you can use express payment methods: PayPal, ShopPay, or Google Pay.

With each purchase, you will receive a confirmation code on your phone to authorize and confirm the payment.

Has my order been processed correctly if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If the charge has been made to the payment method you used to place the order, but you have not received the confirmation email, do not worry, your order has been processed correctly.

To find the confirmation email, check your spam folder and if you still haven't received it, write to us at info@wallbes.com so that we can assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Modifications to shipping details or items can be made as long as the order has not been shipped or customized. To do so, write to us as soon as possible at info@wallbes.com so that we can assist you.

Is my order wrapped?

All Wallbes products are individually wrapped, ensuring the protection and safety of each item.

How long does it take for my order to be prepared and shipped?

All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the order.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping selected and the delivery destination.

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipments are processed from monday to friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be handled starting on the first business day. As these are customized products, delivery times may vary slightly in some cases.

Can exchanges and returns be made?

All Wallbes products are customized and created on demand for the customer, so we kindly urge you to thoroughly check models, sizes, colors... to minimize possible changes and returns.

But if, once you have received your order, you have not chosen the correct size or it does not convince you, we can make exchanges or returns, except in the following cases:

- Products from the "OUTLET" section or on promotion.

- Customized products

The maximum deadline to submit the application is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

It is essential that products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and show no signs of use; otherwise, no exchange or return can be made.

To request an exchange or refund, send us an email at info@wallbes.com with your name and order number, and we will inform you about the steps to follow.
