1. SHIPMENTS:
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If, on the contrary, this is not the case, please contact with us.
Important: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas season, some shipments may experience delays in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time,contact with us.

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All WALLBES products are customized and created on demand.we request the verification of models, sizes, colors, and letters to minimize changes and returns as much as possible.
NOTES:
The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from when the order is received.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- It is essential that products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the returned products are in perfect condition.
The associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
